Good value package on the phone, data etc. £100 Currys gift coucher promised and undelivered still after 4 months. After managing to get through to the customer support team and having a call raised - still nothing. Also some problems with the phone when first purchased and a ridiculous journey to get it sorted.
The poor service I have received is not due to the people who I have dealt with but because of disconnected processes.
