The staff who handles the call was very helpful after answering my call and he did all he can to meet my demand in placing an order as I could not make a complete order online!! However, I missed other incentive from online purchase for this problem as the management team did not honour this problem in the website that prevented me from placing the order online.
Item was refurbished but in perfect condition which was delivered on time as scheduled.
