Awful.
Someone messed up my order!
I asked for an upgrade which is a simple process and I didn’t have the time but instead someone did a sim swap so my phone went dead soon after placing the order and then I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. When I eventually got someone’s phone to ring Vodafone they said someone’s from car phone warehouse did a sim swap which meant I had to now go into store or wait for the delivery of the sim to arrive.
Such a faff and nightmare when the upgrade should be the simplest process.
