I obtained an excellent deal from mobiles.co.uk . Far far better than I could have obtained directly on the EE website. I was generally happy with the customer service though when there was a problem with the activation of my contract I was asked to phone a number costing 13p/minute and I had to wait 20 minutes for an answer. When I did get through the person I spoke with was efficient and polite.
