Bought online then they emailed me asking to ring them to confirm some details. The number they provided costs 13p per minute, I was on hold for over 10 mins before I even spoke to anyone! When my call was finally answered the guy on the other end seemed to talk ALOT, it went beyond asking security questions and felt like he was trying to keep me panthers phone for as long as possible!
My phone did arrive the next day as promised, just as well really as I didn't fancy another exensive 20 min call to them!
