Got the best deal on a contract phone which my current provider wanted £20 more a month for. Easy process, good website, my only small problem was with delivery - mobiles.co.uk stated that I could specify a safe place to leave my parcel with DPD, but after 2 failed deliveries it turns out that this option is not allowed by mobiles.co.uk with DPD. Apart from that I'm really pleased.
