Although I was extremely impressed by the online offer-the best from the crop, my faith in the company was dampen by the fact that the handset I received had a manufacturing fault which meant i had arrange for pick up, be without a phone for 3 days using a basic handset for personal and work purposes, causing major inconvenience for me considering I've paid £25 upfront for the handset with an email from 02 confirming my tariff bill. I strongly feel that the company should reimburse me £25 for the issue I encountered above.
