I called them up as EE had declined my application and Mobiles.co.uk gave me an even better deal with O2 right away on the phone and never put me on hold once i got throught to them. What really annoyed me with previous networks is that they would continue to transfer me and put me on hold so many times. At the end of the phone call which was no longer than 5 minutes I had a better deal with O2 and they had accepted my application and two days later my phone arrived! Brilliant service.
