I had to call up to order my new phone and contract as I had more than 2 addresses in the past 3 years. I would have preferred to complete the order online but when I phoned up I found the sales person to be very helpful and he completed my order very efficiently. I received the new phone the next day and transferred my old number without any problems. So far so good! Very please with the new phone and the deal I got through mobiles.co.uk!
