Overall this was a very satisfactory shopping experience. The sales assistant was very courteous and very professional in the way she dealt with my order. I was even more amazed when the order arrived next day to Northern Ireland.
The experience was marred by the very expensive call costs that I incurred by made in ordering the phones. There was no warning on the web site that I would incur these charges before I ordered.
If it had been not for this my overall assessment would have been ver good 5 star.
