I was supplied with an iPhone that was an upgrade but they created another account. This meant that I was paying more than twice as much as I should as the iPhone was an upgrade and not a new phone and account. I returned the iPhone but unfortunately I am still waiting for the £20 also the return postage to be sent to me by way of cheque as outlined by the customer service. If this is not completed very shortly I will have to make an official complaint. The iPhone was mis sold to me.
