I ordered my phone last Thursday. They were meant to deliver it on Friday and I even received a delivery slot. However, the delivery driver has been going to the wrong address (now on 2 occasions!) even though when I placed the order with Mobiles.co.UK over the phone, they confirmed the address was a pharmacy shop and NOT a residential address (they did not however write this on the address they sent to the delivery company). It is now Tuesday and I still have not received my phone but have already been billed for my contract/line rental etc. I am extremely disappointed and still phoneless.
