After reading the poor reviews I was worried about my order. I ordered an Iphone 6 on Friday & got an email with a tracking number to confirm it would be delivered Saturday. I was dubious about a Saturday delivery as I hadn't paid any extra and the tracking number wasn't working so I rang the customer service desk who confirmed delivery would be Saturday. I had no problems ringing the service desk & they were helpful, however the phone did not arrive on Saturday (I knew it wouldn't) it was delivered Monday which I had no problem with. I received a text on Monday morning from DPD with a time & the phone arrived within that allotted time. I have had no problems with the phone / set up and everything seems to be working ok so far. The reason why I gave it 4 / 5 in stead of 5 / 5 was purely the fact I was told the phone would be delivered Saturday and it arrived on Monday. I would use Mobiles.co.uk again.
