The company were very efficient when I called and dealt with my enquiry in a highly competent manner. The person I spoke to was really friendly and helpful and sorted out my order quickly and efficiently. The phone ordered arrived very promptly. On the down side, the reason I called to place my order was because I was unable to do so online - I tried 3 or 4 times using different browsers and on different technology. Irritatingly, the order process kept returning to 'Basket empty' when I clicked through to the payment page. Also, bizarrely, when the package with my new phone in arrived, there was a small amount of brown liquid (tea? muddy water?) inside the bag. This was enough to penetrate the outer wrapping of the phone box and sim card packaging, but not enough to damage the contents. That was a real possibility though. Hopefully this was a one off occurrence and not likely to happen to others. I would definitely recommend Mobiles.co.uk and use them again, as they delivered exactly the product I wanted on a reasonably priced contract - comparably cheaper than other sources. Although I prefer ordering online, ordering by phone was quick and easy.
