Process was mostly smooth. I had to order over phone as didn't have necessary UK address history. I requested for 2-day delivery instead of next day as I knew we won't be home next day. However, we still had next day delivery. Luckily, I was back home earlier than expected; so could collect it. Rest, it w\s all fine.
