Easy to order on the website, iPhone 7 faulty when arrived but a phone call to Customer Services said they will replace in 5 days of receiving faulty one back. They arranged courier collection. Now awaiting my replacement phone,hope this one works! Emailed them as forgot to ask what happens with my phone payments in the meantime as I'm paying for a phone whilst I haven't got it & got an email back saying to ring them for compensation when I receive my replacement phone. Hopefully all will be well when everything is sorted but so far customer service has been fairly good & prompt.
