The deal that I have with my phone is an excellent price and was the best value for money that I managed to find. I've only had it for 1 week however so I haven't had an experience with customer service yet. I was disappointed in delivery, I paid extra to have it delivered before 12 which didn't happen, I had a time slot of between 12.22 and 13.22 instead.
