The account was not set up correctly in my name with the network provider so I could not discuss the account with them or transfer my number. Wasted a lot of time trying to sort out. Long delays trying to contact the helpline at mobiles.co.uk, when I got through problem was still not resolved. Raised the problem via the online helpdesk - got an email back to say that someone would get back to me within two days!! Not much urgency there then. Still waiting!
