Although it takes a long time to get through on the phone (40 minutes for my call - was black friday weekend), the person on the phone was great. Received iPhone which was faulty, called again and they resolved the issue.
My previous contract was through mobiles.co.uk and did not have any trouble for the past 2 years and the deals they provide for o2 are much better than through o2 itself.
