I am already a customer and wanted a new contract. tried to contact by email/phone on numerous occasions to ask for the best deal. On 2 calls I waited around 20mins each time only to be told "the systems are down and we cant help" on one of these an offer was made to call me back but this didn't happen. All calls are chargeable to the customer at a premium rate which is just unacceptable. The deal I eventually got was good ( I believe) and I would recommend the deal just don't expect any customer service.
