I have discovered that during the process of purchasing this phone you managed to charge me £10 for one call on your number 08712203580 whilst setting this up. I don't expect to be charged by what i consider to be a couvert manner for the pleasure of buying this phone from you.
VERY unhappy about this - Carphone Warehouse and Mobiles.co.uk, won't be using you or recommending you to others. Consider this very underhand.
