My daughter and I ordered new iPhone 7 phones on the same day. Her phone arrived the next day, I just got a Simm card!
It has taken 7 days of long torturous phone calls at high call charges to resolve the situation. I now have the phone, but am told I have to submit proof of my phone calls, for a refund to be "considered"! I did not neglect to send the phone out!
