The phone arrived the next day but there the positives end.
For 5days no calls and then my first bill from EE with a new number-I had given my 10 year old number to Mobiles, being led to believe I could keep it.5 hours on the phone to EE revealed that was untrue and that I had been 'misold' the deal by Mobiles.
Well done Mobiles/Carphone Warehouse.
