I was bounced back and forth between customer services and sales advisors after they sold me the Xperia XZ but tried to send me an XA, I was assured by senior managers that they would waiver the upfront cost of the XZ handset (£50) but again this was a lie, I ended up having to just buy the XZ from yourselves with the view to contacting the financial services ombudsman and trading standards in the very near future if this doesn't result in a successful reimbursement and the appropriate rescue action is not taken immediately.
