This is the first time taking a mobile contract. Contract was easy to take and the sim included had the wrong tariff but I was then told by customer service they will solve the issue. I have also returned the mobile and was given my refund . I was also given a free returns label by the staff as I wasn't sure what address to send the returns item. This is a professional company who have great deals on there end. Selling brands which are not usually available from other stores
