When I inserted the Vodafone SIM card into my new iPhone 6s it didn't connect to the network. I spoke with Vodafone 3 days in a row, finally to be told that mobiles.co.uk hadn't completed the purchase order. Vodafone repeatedly told me it would be fixed, but it wasn't. They then told me to contact mobiles.co.uk directly, which I did, only to be told that whatever hadn't been completed when I origianlly made the purchase would now be and that I had to wait five working days for the phone to work. As such the problem was only identified a week after I inserted the SIM card and the phone will only work two weeks after.
