The customer services team were very helpful and polite and I received my phone the next day as agreed. However I was told by several different advisers that I could keep my current number by getting a sim from another network provider which would only cost me 99p. What they didn't tell me was that it is not possible to do what they suggested without first putting a £10 top up onto the card otherwise the sim will not be registered on that network and it will therefore not be possible to get a PAC code. Maybe a small grumble considering the hassle it would have been for me to change a number that I have had for 20years but nevertheless I would have been happier if I had been told about this from at the start. Otherwise all seems fine.
