When I finally ordered it was straight forward smooth and just worked. The only thing which was frustrating was the lack of a freephone or local call number for a question or hitch. This delayed me as I had to stop the purchase several times to make further inquires elsewhere. The purchase nearly did not go through.
I give it a 4 because it when through smoothly and fast with no hitch including fast and efficient delivery.
