I bought a Samsung S7 Edge mid December from mobiles.co.uk phone arrived lasted for 5 weeks then kept overheating, locking up and rebooting itself. Mobiles.co.uk directed to Carphone Warehouse and the guy there suggested going direct to Samsung which I did. The Samsung shop reloaded the firmware and said it it happens we will replace the main board. I went to the shop this evening to be told this store is no longer replacing parts as it is being closed in March and the guy suggested I contact Samsung direct for repair. All I can say is purchase your next phone from the high street because that is where you will be directed if you have a problem with your phone purchased online. I paid £85 for the phone on a £25 per month tariff for a phone that has not worked properly for 3 weeks now. Not happy and telling plenty of people about the poor quality of the phone and where purchased from.
