Phone ordered arrived on time. Despite the bad review's I read of your company my experience was very good.However an email I sent on 31/1 still remains unanswered. The battery on the phone runs out pretty fast even though I have used it very little. A chap from 3 seems to think the phone is a refurbishment. Is it a refurb. Any suggested solutions to the battery problem. I have had a phone for a week now.
