Got a phone call 1 week before old contact was up arranged a deal 3 days later somebody else rang with the same question then another and they said they had no record of the previous arrangement so set up a different tariff then somebody else rang to ask if I wanted to upgrade then when my phones did arrive the tariffs were wrong customer service has a 20 minute if not more waiting time on the phone The solution is if you only rang once when contract was due and log it on the computer for everybody to see at that department it's been very stressful and annoying and I'm disappointed
