My deli was supposed to be Saturday 8th February. This was changed to Monday 20th February this dare dint suit me so I changed it to the Tuesday. My delivery was supposed to be between 14.23 and 15.23, it did not arrive.I waited until 7pm sent an email and 30 minutes later received a message that I was not at home. The driver did not come to my property. He did not leave a card but pretended that he did by sending a photo of were he left it. The photo was a joke as it was completely blurred and you couldn't even make out what it was a photograph of. I called to complain and wax advised that customer 5service was closed for the evening g but they would call me the following day. No one called. The dodgy driver was basically saying I'm a liar. He did not attend my property and I surmised that he just wanted to skip home early. Dishonest driver and no contact from customer service absolutely disgraceful service and no consideration for the customer. I took a day off work for this and this company does not even have the decency or courtesy to call me to remedy the situation.
