Very easy to deal with and helpful over the phone. The confirmation email took a very long time to come through which made me worried that I would not receive my phone the next day but eventually that evening confirmation was received and tracking number provided. Phone was as described - yippee - deal was much better value than EE were offering as an upgrade - thanks mobiles.co.uk!
