I ordered 2 Samsung S7 phones for myself and my wife, when they arrived I opened the 1st one and all was fine, then I opened the 2nd bag and found the the phone box had split badly at the edge and the phone was sticking out the edge, due to a heavy impact I would say. I set up the phone due to me needing to retrieve my data off of my old Samsung, that I had to return that day. I contacted mobiles.co.uk and advised of the situation, I was advised to supply my full details and arrange an exchange, I asked for a replacement phone to be sent to my work address so I could transfer my data off of the potentially faulty phone to the replacement, I was then later advised that I would have to return the original hand set and wait possibly 5 days for a replacement, so no phone for 5 days and then no phone to transfer data between. I have not been able to swap the handset due to the absolutely ridiculous policy.
A very unhappy customer.
