I ordered a phone, it arrived as prompt as stated, but I found the phone sub standard and explained this to the staff
Another phone was sent and the previous phone returned, the new phone had the same issue, I wondered if they just repackaged the same phone and sent it back to me.
When I complained about this issue I was promised a different phone. This did no occur and the matter seems to have been for gotten about.
