From the start my experience has been very poor. I ordered a phone for next day delivery (18/3) which was a Saturday only to be told it will not arrive till Monday 20/3 - not good enough when website advertises free next day delivery! Cancelled my order and requested the £100 I paid up front be returned. When I requested to speak to someone in authority in customer services I was told no one was available. Called back by escalation team on 20/3 who agreed with all my comments and following reassurance all would be sorted I agreed to reconsider, I was told that I would be kept informed what was happening which hasn't happened and I still have NO PHONE but have received a bill from EE starting from 18/3..............really not impressed so far.
