Very easy purchase,phone arrived within 24 hrs,excellent value no other provider could get close to matching the deal I got.
One grumble was setting up 'my account' and changing my number,took over 2 days and what felt like hundreds of interactions with the 'I am not a robot' feature very frustrating.
