I have ordered iphone 7 plus 21th of march.
But i have not received it yet.
I called to the mobiles and dpd more than 6 times about what i ordered.
No one say to me sorry even i have waited for my parcel until 10pm. Because delivery time was shown that it was 6am to 10pm by dpd app.
Ant then i called to the dpd, they lost my parcel. But no message, no phone call to me.
I called to the mobiles, daniel who is working on the custormer service department sorted out everything.
I have some of contract by mobiles.co.uk but this is the worst exprience.
