The gentleman I spoke to was very proffessional and helpful. However I did specifically ask if I would be able to keep my existing number that was a tmobile number and be able to change my new tmobile number to my existing one. He said yes that will be no problem you will just need to get a puk code. However this is not the case and I wasnt allowed to keep my existing number this has caused some inconvenience. But I must emphasise this is the only issue I have had.
