When the contract terms were agreed, I was guaranteed an email to confirm the terms, including that I would receive a £60 cheque. This didn't arrive, so I asked via the website's livechat feature for this to be sent again. Although this was promised, it hasn't been sent. On top of this, I was told that my current SIM would stop working within a couple of days of delivery of the new SIM, at which time I should replace the SIM. The old SIM is still working, so I will have to chase this up, although seeing as my last request via the livechat didn't work, I have little faith that this will be resolved quickly.
