this is the worst company and customer service i saw in my life,
09/06/2014 i made a new contract with this company but now i am ashamed of this situation, i am going to write why now!
1: 5 day after i made the contract i wanted to change my phone but your customer service said the next day somebody would collect the phone you don't want, but nobody came to pick it up.
2: The gift with my phone was faulty and i am still waiting to receive a new one after weeks.
3: After i made the contract i asked one of your online chat person for the my next bill was and they said it is normally the next month, Vodafone made the next bill 10 days after i got the contract and i didn't have money in the bank so i pay extra money for being in depth.
When i wanted my additional money for you making the mistake your customer service ( that don't know how to talk English) was talking crap and not making sense...
I am very unhappy and to everyone i know i am going to say how bad this company is!
