offers are good compare to other companies but in case of emergency you cannot contact them because there phone is very expensive. Being a commercial company it does not reasonable for them to have such an expensive line. I therefore ask all customers to make a complaint to trading department and offcom for their service. It is our right being a customer to make a complaint.
