Delivery info and timings very good.
After sales with a fault poor.
I used the' my account' , prompt first response, however no response to my next note, went onto the chat option and it took approx. 30mins to complete a frustrating conversation with the agent. I guess I asked for too much, however instead of resolving my issue, just went on like a tennis game. I asked for good will as my phone was not working and this was agreed. Phone came back in a prompt fashion, however no comes as to timings of return. Sent another note to ask about goodwill, no response, went onto chat, good service and goodwill to be issued, however it will take 8-10 weeks for a cheque. Don't get the time line.
Anyway, phone replaced and all is well. Could have been so much better.
