The package that I thought I was buying was very different to the package that came through on the confirmation email. After calling Mobiles.co.UK they could clearly see the package that I thought I had purchased but could not switch my account over. They had to recall the phone that was already on it's way to me, which was NOT the day I had specified, and told me to re-order the package again.
Not wanting to have to go through the same problem again, needless to say, I got the same package with a different company.
