So far as Mobiles.co.uk are concerned, excellent service. Regarding DPD delivery disaster. Booked delivery for Sunday. DPD App said it was out for delivery with the driver. Never arrived. After phoning DPD on premium rate, was told that one of their personnel had changed the delivery date for Monday. Aggggghhhhh. Told them no one would be in till 3pm so deliver after that time. Card put through door on Monday at 2.15pm, tried to deliver but you were out. After a second premium rate phone call to DPD, I demanded the van driver return that afternoon to deliver my item. He did at 6pm with no apology. Won't be using DPD again, therefore overall review only good.
