You tried to sell me contracts on two re-fubished phones as new phones
I was never told at any point that the phones were not new
When they turned up I was very disappointed
I returned them immediately to find out I can't get up-graded for at least 5days very disappointed in my whole experience I would never use you again
When I phoned customer help line I was told I could not complain and was spoken to so rudely if that person was in front of me I would have given him a piece of my mind
So please do not contact me anymore regarding contract s
