I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone, so I went through the website to get my new phone. I was disappointed that I couldn't get the phone I wanted, as I was staying with the same network (it was classed as an 'upgrade'), but hopefully the one I have will be fine. Phone, box, instructions etc all ok, but I didn't get proper instructions on activating my new SIM card. Again, I couldn't get through to anyone, so I had to go direct to my network. Fingers crossed nay problems will be dealt with more easily.
