I placed my order for a new phone, contract and accessories (car charger, cover etc) on the 20.07.2017. I recieved just half of my order 25.07.2017 (phone and sim) and to date am still awaiting the accessories.
I have spent £30.00 in phone calls to your company and dpd to try and resolve the situation and had no joy or no apology from either company. The phone was supposed to be a birthday present, due to the delay it was a very late.
