Waited for next day delivery as promised on line, but when phone hadn't arrived, phoned customer service in the evening when I was told that computers were down, phone will not come until next day, it would have been very helpful if I was texted or called about it so that I wouldn't have been waiting all day at home. Although I was kept informed after I phoned.
