I'd have said "very good" but this is the second order I've placed recently were the bank details were not stored properly. There seems to be a bug in the expiry date validation. It throws an warning when you input the month (before inputting the year) and then after inputting the year and re-inputting the month it allows the order to go through. Then you get the annoying message that "we need to confirm your bank account and card details. The details you’ve provided are still saying invalid".
Not impressed.
The link the email provides seems very polished (like this happens a lot).
